Nothing says horror movie like a good old fashioned legal drama! *Dun Dun* Join us as we review 2005's American supernatural horror legal drama film, The Exorcism of Emily Rose. This film won our "Spin the Wheel" event for Based on a True Story, in which this film barely counts as a true story...
We recorded this one LIVE and in person for the first time in 2 years, and has the same sound quality as we did 2 years ago due to technical difficulties. Regardless, we have some fun with Plot Summary MadLibs, where one of is plays the priest.
The screenplay was written by director Scott Derrickson and Paul Harris Boardman. Starring Laura Linney as Erin Bruner, Tom Wilkinson as Father Richard Moore, Jennifer Carpenter as Emily Rose.
With a budget of $19mil, it made $145mil in the box office. Currently an 6.7 on IMDb.
